Yes, the YOU Session is a separate phone call that occurs after the online assessment tasks.
How long is the YOU Session?

The YOU Session is typically a 30-45 minutes phone call.
Can I use notes during the call?

Yes - the ADF allows up to 8 A4 pages. But we recommend to know exactly what you should answer each question with, and not read off a script to give your best performance.
What if I've already failed the YOU Session?

This course helps you understand what went wrong and how to reapply. Don’t beat yourself up about not passing the first time. It is hard to understand what information you need to know for the YOU session assessment.
